Improving Health Through Leadership and Innovation

QIP-NJ Learning Collaboratives

Learning Collaborative (LC) Overview

To support hospitals in their effort to improve maternal health and behavioral health, DOH will run a succession of data-driven Learning Collaboratives.

Each Collaborative will teach evidence-based best practices, provide a forum for peer-to-peer learning, and offer improvement coaching for frontline care teams.

Participating in a Collaborative can accelerate work that is underway and help teams tackle new challenges to achieve meaningful progress over time.

A Behavioral Health (BH) Collaborative focused on improving follow-up visits after an ED discharge will begin on September 22, 2021. A Maternal Health Collaborative, topic TBA, will begin in the summer of 2022.
